In accordance with Article 2 of French law no. 2011-2012 dated 29 December 2011 relating to the strengthening of drug and health product safety (the so-called Bertrand Law) and with Decree no. 2013-414 dated 21 May 2013 relating to the transparency of benefits granted by companies producing or marketing health or sanitary products, Claripharm™ is required to declare and publish any agreements it has entered into with certain categories of parties involved in the health sector (as defined in the law) including any benefits in cash or in kind granted to the said parties.

Any such links of interests must be published online on the company's website, be freely accessible and be updated each year every six months (April and October). Any such data must also be forwarded to the professional regulatory bodies and any other bodies authorised to receive them.

Claripharm™ only collects strictly relevant and necessary data for the purposes of publication and ensures that data is handled fairly and legally in accordance with the French data protection act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) dated 6 January 1978, as amended.

In accordance with this law, professionals and other parties involved in the health sector who are affected by the so-called Bertrand Law enjoy a right of access and rectification regarding the information that concerns them, but do not enjoy a right of opposition (due to the legal nature of the obligation).
